Performer Agreement

1. Performer Status

By becoming a performer on HotX2C, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding adult content creation and distribution.

2. Age and Identity Verification

All performers must be at least 18 years old and provide valid government-issued identification for verification purposes.

3. Content Ownership and Rights

You retain ownership of your content but grant HotX2C a license to display, distribute, and monetize your content on the platform.

4. Revenue Sharing

Revenue from your content will be shared according to the terms outlined in your performer dashboard. Standard rates apply unless otherwise negotiated.

5. Content Standards

  • All content must be original or properly licensed
  • Content must comply with platform guidelines
  • Prohibited content includes illegal activities and non-consensual material
  • Content must meet quality standards for monetization

6. Tax Responsibilities

Performers are responsible for reporting all earnings and paying applicable taxes. We will provide necessary tax documentation.

7. Banking and Payment Information

Accurate banking information must be provided for payment processing. All payments are subject to verification and compliance checks.

8. Exclusivity and Competition

This agreement does not require exclusivity unless specifically negotiated. You may create content for other platforms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. Immediate termination may occur for violations of terms.

10. Compliance Requirements

  • Maintain current age verification documents
  • Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • Report any legal issues or concerns immediately
  • Participate in required compliance training

11. Support and Resources

HotX2C provides performer support, safety resources, and compliance assistance to all verified performers.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with platform policies.
